Immunohistochemical study of CD1a positive dendritic cells in normal, benign and malignant lesions of the human uterus and cervix

Introduction and Aim: Dendritic cells (DCs) perform the function of antigen-presenting immune system mammals. After demonstration DCs in human cervix, more focus fell on role distributed various benign cancerous lesions endometrium. In our study, we have studied CD1a positive non-malignant tissues uterus cervix.
